Quick Connect is a unique QR code that streamlines the onboarding process through deep linking. It can be sent digitally or printed and scanned in person.
Finding your Quick Connect Code:
Your Quick Connect QR code or link can be found on the left-hand side of your Provider Profile.
(After logging in to the provider platform, select ‘Hello, followed by your name’ in the top right-hand corner and then ‘view/edit profile’.
The QR code will appear below the working hours section.
To share this code with an individual you can use any of the 3 options below the QR code:
Copy link: This will copy a direct connection link that can be pasted into any messaging format. The individual can open the link without scanning any QR code.
Download QR: This downloads a copy of your QR code to your device. From here you can print a copy out for your office or attach the file to any messaging format.
Copy embed: This will allow you to copy the embed code which can then be embedded into your website, emails and more.
How it works:
Upon scanning the QR code or opening the link, existing members will be guided to login and send you a request to connect.
If the individual does not yet have an Oqea account, they will be guided to select ‘register now’, sign-up and then send a connection request to you.
After they have sent a connection request to you, you simply have to log in to your Oqea provider account, select the referral notification in the bottom right-hand corner and accept the self-referral/connection request.
Upon connecting you will be able to view this member’s profile and past history as well as communicate with the member and collaborate with other providers of theirs.
