Beetroot Patty
- 200gr of coarsely grated cooked beetroots
- 1 egg
- ± 80 grams of crumbled feta
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of Italian herbs
- pinch of paprika powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs
Serve with:
- whole wheat wrap
- Spinach
- Sweet potato fries from the oven.
Mix the burger ingredients in a bowl. If the mixture is too wet you can add some more breadcrumbs. Divide the mixture into 2 parts and create a ball, to make the patty just flatten the ball. Heat some oil of choice to fry the burger for 3/4 per side.
Turn on the oven to 200 C° and slice a sweet potato in to fries. Put the fries on an oven plate, add some oil and spices. When the oven reaches the right temperature place the plate in the oven and bake the friesfor about 15/20 mins.
In the meantime heat up the wrap in the oven or pan. Serve with some spinach and sweet potato fries from the oven.
