To measure your wellbeing from day to day the Oqea app currently uses the 5-item World Health Organization Well-Being Index (WHO-5). The WHO-5 is one of the most widely used self-rated psychological wellbeing measures. The measure has items on energy, sleep, interest, and mood.
From your feedback we now have graphs to illustrate how you are tracking for each area of rated wellbeing. For example, if you have goals linked to energy you can use the WHO-5 to track your progress from week to week. Additionally, you can view your results from a weekly, monthly or 3 monthly perspective.
Introducing goal setting! An important feature that helps drive and track continued self-improvement on Oqea. Members will be able to set goals through the journey page on Oqea.me. Here you will be able to enter the specific goal, the problem it relates to and the focus area it falls under.
Once a goal is set updating and tracking your progress is simple. You will be able to create additional comments about the goal and view suggested resources that may help you achieve success! Like all member functions, you will be able to select which supporters are able to view this goal if you are connected to an Oqea provider. Stay tuned for its release in the coming weeks!
Oqea now has the ability to install a one-way integration with Best Practice (BP) for our providers. This means no double handling of data, less administrative burden and better continuity of care for your clients! The integration can be used with providers who want to either fully switch to Oqea or use it in conjunction with Best Practice. In a one-way integration, the following data is pulled from Best Practice: appointments, notes, medications and patients, which means that when these resources are added or updated within BP they are automatically synchronised with Oqea. Since this is a one-way integration, entry of data in Oqea never overwrites data in BP.

Providers can now edit invoices within the Oqea platform to make quick and easy changes. No need to edit files outside of Oqea and reupload them. It can all be sorted out at a click of a button upon generating an invoice.
Providers can now send assessments directly within messages to members. No need to navigate to another page and send separately. Text and assessments can be sent together in one go!
