What's new at Oqea? August Product Update 2021

Oqea HQ is buzzing with lots of new updates to the both the member app and Oqea provider portal Oqea.net! Read on to learn more about the new features and how they could give you more ways and ideas of managing mental health and wellbeing.

For Members

Assessment Requests within Oqea me app

Members can now access and complete assessments sent by their health and wellbeing providers within the app! By completing assessments within the app, members and their supporters can keep track of everything related to your mental health and wellbeing in the one place.

Supporter Request Access

Supporters can now request access to viewing parts of a member’s Oqea profile including events, support teams, messages, and focus areas. This is particularly helpful for those supporters who are involved in attending appointments with a member or helping others stay accountable to completing assessments or tasks in between appointments.

For Health and Wellbeing Professionals

Easy Access Notifications

Providers can now access all of their notifications including messages (from providers and members), completed assessments, shared notes, and more from one notifications screen. Additionally, providers have the option to read the messages one by one or clear all messages at the click of a button.

Notes Updates

The notes card has been upgraded! Now you can:

Easily copy note to a clipboard by clicking one button "copy note".

Create snippets of text which can be inserted using a / (forward slash) at the beginning of the note.  

Avatars of support team members at the base of the note make for easy sharing of notes to individuals or groups of supporters.

Organisation Templates

Providers can now set up templates private to their organisation to increase efficiencies in frequently used messages, referrals and checklists. To customise these templates, hover over the ‘Admin’ menu, then select Organisation Templates. There is also an option to set up custom fields for information providers want to see appear on their member’s profiles. If you would like any help setting this up, please reach out to us!
