Update 1: You can now complete the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS) from the Journey page within Oqea!
The DASS pinpoints different areas of your life that could contribute to your stress levels for example. You can also use your answers to inform your health professionals or care team of how you have been feeling over a period of time which is useful for developing a treatment plan.
You can view the results and share these with your health professionals, friends or family as you please. Additionally, if multiple assessments are completed over time you can view any trends that may be apparent and track your progress from the home page.
Update 2: Searching for support just got easier!
Searching for professional support now includes keywords and autocompletes common searchese.g.‘anxi’ autocompletes to ‘anxiety’.
If you are a supporter of someone on Oqea but also have your own account you can switch between the two account views easily from the top right hand corner. Now that is connected wellbeing!
Update 3: Content from your health organisations
If you are connected to a health professional on Oqea, they can now share their unique content and resources with you.
Content from your health professionals is now visible at the bottom of your ‘For You’ page as, ‘From * Practice’
Emoji's are now on Oqea.net!
We are very excited to announce emoji's are now live in Oqea.net! Now in your conversations with your clients you can express yourself more fully through a number of emoji's, building connection and rapport with your client base. We hope you enjoy this fun little addition to Oqea.net!
Checklists in the ‘Plan’ tab on a member’s profile are now collapsible, making it easier for you to manage client information and access the right plans in a shorter amount of time.
This feature is particularly handy if you have multiple checklists for one member!
Providers can see the subscription status and other registration details of the member when on their profile
Located at the top right-hand icon the subscription status shows: registration date, last login date, basic or premium subscriber.
Attaching files to a referral
The Oqea referral form for external providers to refer to an Oqea provider has been updated! You can now attach relevant files to the referral.
